Embrace your new existence. Merge fully with superordinary existence and the dream of our age. Adapt to carrying a much lighter load, moving forward. Realise that the person who you thought you were - has gone - and was never you. Relax into the vanishing act going on, on Planet Earth and the increasing disappearance of every aspect of yourself and others which was always operating on another timeline.

Nothing can go wrong

Experience otherlessness and the fullness of being. Relax and sink deeply into a complete new way of being. Make decisions based on what is, rather than what is not. Go forward only in purity and nurture your new life. Let go of those who are already fading into the distance. Do only what is right and works, based on live, immediate body registration.

What is the source?

Align with the true definition of the source, stripping out what obscures its embodiment while celebrating and enhancing any elements of religion and spirituality which still remain pertinent to your own personal journey.

Coming back to the centre

Let go of holding on while you get to grips with your new reality - without losing yourself in the overwhelm, fear and excitement of the bigger picture. Keep your eye on your boundaries but remain concentrated on the patterns running through situations so you successfully embody your accelerating frequency.

Cleaning out the darkness

Take the final step in leaving behind core abuse frequencies running you and your close relationships. Extricate yourself from any internal identity complex controlling you and your interactions. Meet and operate out of the purity of yourself rather than rage, resentment or assumed spiritual behaviours adopted to deny the pain you are enduring. Confront any darkness assuming your own personality so the right healthy action spontaneously appears.

Aftercare 11: Body integrity

Align your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self with the constantly updating setting of the totality of yourself. Live your purity solidly in this physical existence, not just the idea of it. Take real responsibility, not just saying it without doing it. Actually change your life and your reality rather than hoping that you have.

Remember the divine in everything you do. Be able to respect religions and spirituality but never get swallowed up by them. Understand the other source. And how, it is just a frightening feeling of something completely untrue and never real.

Turning the tide

Bring heightened awareness, openness, flexibility and adaptability to fast changing circumstances. Stay earthed, grounded and responsive in a way that answers to the deepest truth within you, guarding against fear and slipping into vibrations which may turn against you or even destroy you.

Lack of self care

Remove the foundation for harm and abuse within and without. Name and purify particular problem(s) you have with self care so that once again you can thrive having restored your own source connection to first place rather than second.
