Step back from final acts which will destroy your own self or bring harm to another, changing your own trajectory towards a positive direction. Touch that sacred space within which knows that lies, dishonesty and duplicity is never the way and separate entirely from any timeline complicit with negative high frequency beings.

Endure even the worst disappointment, anguish, pain and torment. Relax into a deeper dynamic which will catch you as you fall and sustain you until you reach calmer waters. Open to gratitude, appreciation, and being able to remain present and accepting of whatever you are experiencing.
