Gratitude

Expand the potential of your source connection to release everything you are not grateful for. Receive more and say yes to all of life; not just some of it. Open your body to more of your source connection and experience what gratitude truly is. Cancel out lack and genuinely engage in thankfulness. Truly receive the gift of others, which is to receive the gift of both their perfections and imperfections.

Track of the month 5: The new body

Purify a key frequency distortion holding you back: "The new body". Live your highest potential; realign your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies; and develop deeper understanding.

For our children

Absorb pure love as a child or young person. Regenerate a child or teen you know. Listen together with a child or gift this to a young person. Nourish your own child within. Speak the language of love, happiness, contentment, safety and wellbeing again in your families and everyday lives.

Keeping it simple

Merge more deeply with the universal light. Switch to focusing on what to do about the world situation. Drop what's not important. Adopt the simplicity of attending to the big stuff as the flow of nature and the heart decrees. Relax into allowing everything else less important to fall into place while simply 'cutting the tail' wherever it's not working.

The great waking up

Switch on the part of you which is able to wake up the rest of humanity. Switch on at a frequency which broadcasts beyond First, Old and New Time. Bring those who lack conscious memory and awareness to full understanding of what’s going on.

Universal law 2: one small detail

Live your freedom. Radically separate from everything which is not true. Cut off deception at the root. Penetrate the lie we have been taught to amplify and perpetuate on this planet. Look clearly at what is behind it and drop the insert. Starve out the parasites affecting your being ... and our world societies.

Inner silence

Be still. Be held and supported while you open more deeply into your own inner silence. Complete a special focus on yourself; your loved ones; your past and future family; colleagues, friends, pets and animals close to you; and all beings, both unfamiliar and unknown.

Dragon freedom

Lift society into accord with the universal current. Invoke the dragon force in the ancient landscape. Raise the spiral of Mother Earth connection through the new Earth grid for all beings. Join with the positive high frequency beings already here. Assert the fire of freedom and repel the invader.

In integrity

Reset to nature's principles in this time-space moment. Jettison the type of external absolutes which do harm and ignore context. Drop moral propagandising, political correctness, whitewashing and dependency on politicoreligious narratives which judge and condemn. Adapt more quickly to continual rapid-phase clean up. Take full responsibility for how and where you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually align.
