Bring powerlessness to an end and waiting for the wrong people to come round. Communicate with yourself in the space of your own being and reconnect with that deeper part of you which has been giving your power away. Acknowledge the truth about where your words and your actions may not be matching up. Say sorry for the right reasons, challenge firmly and softly where necessary - and release dependency, accusation and enduring emotional blackmail.
